Following the easing of restrictions announced by the Premier on Sunday 22 November, we wish to confirm that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Werribee Park Golf Club Ltd (WPGC) will be held on Wednesday 16 December 2020 commencing at 7.00pm in the Members' Lounge. Members have previously received the required information; however, all relevant documents are again attached to this email for your information.

A reminder to members that the Constitution has been extensively reviewed, and amended asnecessary, in light of feedback and will be voted on at the Annual Meeting. As it is a specialresolution, it requires a two-thirds majority of members entitled to vote at the meeting.
